1. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription plan for the first time, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge, provided you have not consumed more than 50% of the included credits. Renewal charges are non-refundable. To request a refund on a first subscription, contact us within the 7-day window.
2. Credit Top-Up Packs
One-time credit top-up purchases are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if the credits have not been used. If credits have been partially used, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion.
3. API or System Failures
If credits are deducted for a generation that fails due to an upstream API error or system fault on our side, those credits will be automatically refunded to your account. No action is required from you. The refund typically appears within a few minutes.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Credits consumed in successful image generations.
- Subscription renewal charges.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
5. How to Request a Refund
