1. Our Commitment

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent containing all of the following:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address (as the copyright owner or authorized agent).
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or other specific location on our site of the material you claim is infringing.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Designated Agent

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the removed material and its previous location on our site.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Delaware if outside the U.S.).

We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant. If no court action is filed within 10 business days, we may restore the content.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are deemed, at our sole discretion, to be repeat infringers.
