1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of gpt-image2.design. By using the Service you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, credit forfeiture, or legal action.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate or distribute:

• NSFW / explicit sexual content — including nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive material.
• Content involving minors — any sexual, exploitative, or harmful depictions of individuals under 18.
• Violence or gore — graphic depictions of injury, death, or gratuitous violence.
• Deepfakes of real people without consent — realistic synthetic media depicting an identifiable real person in a false or damaging context.
• Harassment or hate speech — content that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Misinformation imagery — fabricated images intended to deceive the public about real-world events, people, or news.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Automated scraping or mass generation — running bots, scripts, or automated pipelines to generate images at a scale inconsistent with personal use, beyond your plan limits.
• Sharing API keys — distributing your API key to third parties or building unauthorized reseller services.
• Bypassing rate limits — using multiple accounts or technical methods to circumvent our rate limiting controls.
• Training competing AI models — using outputs of the Service to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning model intended to compete with the Service.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take the following actions for AUP violations:

• Immediate removal of violating content.
• Temporary or permanent account suspension.
• Forfeiture of remaining credits without refund.
• Legal action for serious violations, including violations of applicable law (e.g., CSAM, defamation, fraud).

5. Reporting Violations

To report content that violates this policy, email ljj231428@gmail.com with a description of the content and, where possible, a link to the specific content.
